What happens if the weather is bad during our outing?
Some of our activities are weather-dependent. Should the weather not cooperate, we’ll work together to find a suitable solution. We always have ponchos available, and in consultation, we can also:

  • Reschedule the event at the last minute.
  • Offer an alternative activity.

You’ll receive the exact procedure for this in advance, along with all information about your event day.

Can we book an outing if we’re with fewer than the minimum number of participants?
Yes, that’s possible! However, the price of the outing remains based on the rate for the minimum number of participants. This is due to staffing and material costs.

Can you organise an outing at our own location?

Until how many days in advance can we change the number of participants?
You can reduce the number of participants up to 10 days before the event if necessary. Increasing the number of participants is always possible.

Within how many days do we need to confirm the quotation?
Once you’ve received the quotation, you have one week to confirm it. We can hold the option for your outing for one week.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary requirements?
Of course! We can definitely take this into account. If you inform us at least 10 days before the outing, we’ll pass this on to the relevant catering/location, so they can arrange a suitable alternative for you.

What are the parking options at the location?
Parking options vary by location. We recommend checking the parking facilities via Google.

What kind of clothing is best to wear during our outing at the ice rink?
We advise wearing warm, comfortable clothing in which you can move easily. Consider gloves and a hat for extra warmth. You’ll go onto the ice with your own shoes, so it’s handy to wear flat shoes. At the ice rink, you’ll receive special ice shoe covers from us to put over your shoes.

Can we pay for the outing on location?
No, that’s not possible. We always send an invoice 10 days before the event. However, it is possible to settle the drinks bill on location, provided it is paid in one transaction, not individually per person.

Will there be someone from Be Event Group on location?
Yes! Upon arrival, there will always be at least one instructor waiting for you to guide your group through the outing.

Is it possible for us to drive the vintage buses/tuktuks/boats ourselves during the tours?
No, during our tours, the vintage buses, tuktuks, and boats are always driven by an experienced driver or skipper. This way, you can relax and fully enjoy the activity and surroundings with your group.

Can we arrange insurance for the activity through you?
Although participants are insured by the executing organisations for safety purposes at all events, a suitable personal liability and health insurance is required, and additional insurance is recommended. Cancellation insurance is also worth considering. Be Event Group can arrange appropriate insurance for clients. For some programmes, a surcharge applies for insurance covering special sports. The insurance is arranged via an external insurer.
