Our Winter Experience event coincides with the traditional Christmas market located in the heart of Amsterdam on the scenic Museumplein. A fun way to experience the end or beginning of the year with your colleagues, surrounded by old Dutch traditions.

The Workshop

Complete with lights, music and winter delicacies we set the scene for our workshop ice sculpting in the heart of Amsterdam. Beautiful crystal clear blocks of ice, and tools are waiting on workshop tables. Let's Carve...

The theme of the day and start-up;

Once the theme of the day has been decided you will receive a brief instruction on the techniques of ice sculpting. Step one, draw your basic design on a sketchpad. Step two, gloves on, hammer and chisel in hand, and get stuck in! You will sculpt in teams of 2 or 3 persons, depending on the size of the group. What about combining all the ice blocks, and freezing them together so that you and your other colleagues come to a joint and large ice sculpture/creation? True winter team building! Most importantly, have fun, sculpt, and don’t forget to laugh!

The Presentation

Perhaps the most fun part especially with a drink in hand...The creators of the ice sculpture take place behind their creation and explain in great detail why they made it supported by an original and fun story. The crazier the better. Which teams will be in the race for the creativity prize? Which team made the funniest, most original, or craziest sculpture? Which team will be the ice-cold winners? The jury will decide or the teams will judge each other, whichever way you look at it, it’s a very cool event!! We are ready to welcome you and your team, in a winter atmosphere, at the Museumplein in Amsterdam.

Ice Bar

Tip: To get into the mood, you can build a real Ice Bar from large blocks of ice. During the ice sculpting event, we will build an ice bar with everyone or a designated number of people using a real construction plan. How cool is that.....especially when afterward drinks are served from the bar out of glasses made of ice! Cheers!!!!!!!!!!
