Rotterdam here we come... As the Rotterdam skyline comes into view, your incentive weekend will really get underway. Upon arrival at the hotel, the welcome drinks and food will already be waiting. With a fast check-in, where everything is already set up, we won't have to waste a single moment.

The weekend:

Through our own Be Event Group app on your phone, you'll receive all the information from us in a user-friendly way. With your smartphone, you can see exactly what the daily schedule looks like, from breakfast to departure times of the bus and from group assignments to rules of the events. Is there a change in the schedule?? Within a few minutes, everything will be updated on the app and we can move forward. From walking routes to places of interest, and from tips to handy phone numbers. We'll make sure you can fully enjoy a top weekend. As instructors, we'll be happy to help whenever you need us - conveniently and pleasantly?

The Events:

From spectacular teambuilding activities like the Harbour drop, where you'll literally be dropped into the cool harbor of Rotterdam, with knowledge & fun questions and photos being exchanged on a rib boat. Or perhaps start with an Ice Sculpture workshop complete with music and entertainment? Would you rather investigate a missing plane via our Air Crash Investigation - a unique game in an airplane hangar where teamwork is essential and you'll still be talking about it for ages?? Perhaps a green and responsible corporate outing or an education/training-focused setup is more suitable for your incentive plans. There are many more options.

The Facilities:

Hotel accommodations and Horeca at our collaborating partners, where you can choose between a slightly higher budget or a normal budget. From international food courts to a 4-course menu and from cozy sports bars to trendy pubs. Savor the end with strong stories while enjoying a drink or dinner or extra relaxation moments like a late check-out....
