City Bike Tour The Hague

Discover The Hague city, the seat of government of the Netherlands since 1588. A fun and eco-friendly way to see the sights and what this city has to offer. During this City bike tour you will not receive directions, but instead, coordinates or Points of Interest will serve as navigation aids. With the help of our special app you can find your way from point to point. There is plenty to see and do along the route. At various points along the way, you will receive assignments and challenges to complete. These can be in the form of general knowledge assignments or 'fun' challenges. Of course, the more points you score the more chance you will end up on top!

Maybe you will pass the old residence of King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima or the government office of the Prime Minister. One thing is for certain, the route takes you past quite a few special places in The Hague and Scheveningen.

Assignments

• The route coordinates, assignments and challenges appear on your smartphone or tablet via the special app that you receive from us.
• On route: assignments, challenges and questions can be solved along the route. Who can answer the most questions correctly and has checked in at all the coordinates? Is the forest ranger at his post? Are the ministers debating in the parliament?

Extra assignments?

• Bucket list challenge; Make your city bike tour extra challenging by solving as many bucket list assignments as possible. You can app the results via your smartphone. The most original photos wins the bonus.
• Farmers Golf; play a small game of farmer's golf along the way in one of the parks or forests of The Hague. The team with the fewest strokes will of course take the prize.
• A music quiz. Our instructor will test your knowledge of a genre of your choice.

Additional assignments will extend the length of the activity.
