Want to offer your team a complete experience? Below you can find a complete program created by Be Event Group Team that covers the three main European countries, where the company is active. Spain, Romania and the Netherlands.

The itinerary starts with 3 days in the sunny Andalusia , exploring the beautiful coastal city of Malaga with everything that this place has to offer: amazing tapas, great beaches and fantastic activities. After that, it continues with 4 days in Romania, combining the lively capital of Bucharest with the mountains, a serene experience in an unexplored area. The last 3 days will be spent in The Netherlands, where the group will have the chance to explore the royal city of The Hague and the historical region Zeeland in 3 days that will focus on water and sustainability.

Spain

Day 1: After arriving at the airport in Malaga, we start with a city tour led by professional guides to explore the city center. Following this, lunch at a typical Spanish tapas restaurant or on the beach. Afterward, we head to the hotel for check-in and free time before heading to dinner. In the late afternoon, we walk to the port for a Catamaran Sunset Tour, optionally with an open bar and DJ. Dinner follows either in the port or on a rooftop with unrivaled views of the Alcazaba and Roman Theater.

Day 2: Into the mountains. The stunning mountain landscape of Malaga offers a wide variety of challenging activities. Options include a 4x4 Safari, Canyoning, (E-MTB) Mountain Bike Tour, Hike, or Buggy/Quad tour. For larger groups, we can offer a selection of these activities. Lunch is always combined with the activity, either in a local restaurant or as a picnic. After returning to the hotel, there is time for free time, a well-deserved siesta, a visit to the beach, or a refreshing swim in the hotel pool. For the farewell dinner, we recommend a beautiful restaurant in the port, with the option of an open bar and DJ to make the last night a great celebration.

Day 3: On the last day, we finish with the Caminito del Rey, a hike along the cliffs of the El Chorro gorge that is a must-do on your to-do list. This is a "must-do" during a visit to Malaga and a fantastic way to wrap up this part of the trip. Before heading to the airport, we enjoy lunch with fantastic views of the village's reservoir. Upon arrival in Romania we will check-in at the hotel and enjoy a rooftop dinner.

Romania

Day 4: In the morning we will get to the centrum of Bucharest, where we will start by exploring the city during an interactive city game, getting to the most important landmarks, such as the Palace of Parliament, the Arch of Triumph and the Village Museum. After that, we will enjoy a delicious lunch in a vintage setting, a unique experience in the Old Town of Bucharest. After free time, we will head to a fine dining dinner followed by a party in the spectacular north of Bucharest in Herastrau Park.

Day 5: The second day in Romania will start early and we will embark on the bus heading to Poiana Brasov, an incredible mountain resort close by to the medieval city of Brasov. On the arrival, we will get to enjoy a traditional Transylvanian lunch in the heart of the mountains.
After some free time and resting, we will start with a program of activities in the nature, a combination of rides with ATV's 4x4, Paintball, Traditional Dances Workshops and Alpinism Workshops, while trying local snacks and drinks. In the evening, we will continue with a dinner, together with a live music show from that region. A wonderful experience in a totally remote area.

Day 6: The third day will start with a hiking trail from Poiana Brasov in order to reach one of the highest peaks in Romania. While the first part of the road we will cover with a gondola, the last part to reach the summit will be by foot. An accessible route for everyone with fantastic scenic views. In the mountains, we will also have the chance to enjoy a picnic lunch. On our return to the hotel, we will have to recharge and relax, before leaving to the famous Dracula's Castle. The whole group will get to discover its legend with a private visit of the castle in the evening, followed by a dinner in the castle and a party in the interior yard. A truly exclusive and unforgettable experience.

Day 7: In the morning we will start our return to the airport. In the afternoon we will stop by Therme Bucharest, the biggest Spa with thermal water in the Eastern Europe. We will get to relax, refresh and enjoy a tropical lunch before heading to The Hague. Upon arrival in The Hague, we will check-in at the hotel and enjoy a dinner in the lively royal city.

The Netherlands

Day 8: The day begins with a nostalgic twist as participants are transported by charming vintage minibuses along the Dutch coastline. The first stop is the Sand Motor, an innovative coastal protection project, where a guided tour reveals the Netherlands’ pioneering approach to nature-based solutions. Lunch will be served by the sea, offering a relaxing moment with ocean views. In the afternoon, the group visits the impressive Maeslantkering, one of the largest moving storm surge barriers in the world, followed by a guided tour. Next, enjoy a walk along the dikes accompanied by a dijkgraaf (regional water authority official), offering rare insights into Dutch water management from a governance perspective. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at a 4-star hotel in The Hague.

Day 9: After breakfast at the hotel, the group departs by coach for a day of Dutch water heritage and adventure.The first stop is the UNESCO World Heritage site of Kinderdijk, where a boat tour provides a unique perspective of the iconic windmills and historic waterways. Following lunch, the journey continues to Neeltje Jans, the visitor center of the Delta Works, for a guided tour showcasing the engineering marvels protecting the lowlands.
In the late afternoon, participants experience a unique dune dropping activity in Domburg, an adventurous team-building challenge set amid the Zeeland dunes. The evening wraps up with dinner and an overnight stay at a 4-star hotel in Zeeland.

Day 10: After breakfast, the group returns by coach to The Hague, reflecting on the immersive journey through Dutch innovation, water resilience, and coastal beauty.
