Central locations such as Hotel Wings in Rotterdam located at Rotterdam-The Haque Airport provide easy access to meeting and conference facilities. Hotel Wings has an impressive 900m2 indoor aircraft hangar, ideal for organizing a complete business arrangement. Madurodam in The Hague, where we combine a unique event with fantastic meeting facilities. Our Amsterdam locations include the Beurs van Berlage, Amstel Boathouse, or one of many other locations.

What about a beach setting, for example, in Scheveningen or Hoek van Holland. Experience our Robinson Games and make your meeting/conference a special occasion. Our beach locations can be customized to suit your needs, special lighting, sound or just some privacy?

From small groups to big events with 500 participants or more we can provide an all-inclusive program for your company meetings.

Conferences including hotel rooms, plenary room rental with guest speakers, and entertainment are among the many options.

From a cozy sports bar in a hotel to an auditorium with light and sound facilities, each product presentation/launch has its own setting.
