City Meeting Packages
Productive meetings are always a challenge, but in the right setting and at a suitable venue they are usually extremely effective, and that is what matters. Together with the Venue, we create a concept that works. From the warm welcome reception with good coffee to the meeting space with Flipover/beamer and various equipment such as stationery, WIFI, pens, table water, etc.
Surprising meeting locations
The Be Event Group has surprising meeting locations, ideal parking facilities, good public transport connections and a variety of Food & Beverage options. A short Break-Out/Energizer session in between or after the meeting or rather a nice activity after the meeting? There are plenty of options to choose from.

To keep your concentration, sometimes you need to stretch your legs to achieve a good end result. That is why we have added a choice of relaxing teambuilding activities for each package. We take you into the city for a great City Game or entertain you with a fun creative workshop.
