Robinson Crusoe Team Building Zeeland

The Robinson Crusoe is a true team-building corporate outing. This day focuses on being active together at the beautiful Zeeland location Wolphaartsdijk "Beach" at Lake Veere. Which team possesses the best Robinson Crusoe skills within your organization? Compete against each other through several challenges. Be creative, fast, intelligent, and work well together.

Team Flag – Bandanas
The start of this Be Robinson in Zeeland begins with creating your own team flag or battle bandanas. Then, the competition begins.

Challenge 1: The Walking A
We will work with large bamboo poles, and you will be expected to create a sturdy structure from them. A shelter for the tropics or a useful carrier to transport a person. It doesn’t matter as long as it’s solid and executed as a team.

Challenge 2: The Blind Man's Test
Time to laugh, because during this challenge, coconuts will fly in all directions. The ingredients for this game are arranged in four baskets in a square full of numbered coconuts. Will your team get the most points from the square? Oh, and you’ll be doing this without being able to see, so you will have to rely on your teammates.

Challenge 3: Memory
Not enough food or sleep affects your concentration, so we will test you with our original wooden memory game. Which team plays the smartest and uses the right strategies to capture the most pairs? You’ll be surprised at how difficult it actually is.

Challenge 4: Bamboo Sticks
This is technical construction under time pressure and teamwork. Which team can build the tallest tower of bamboo sticks and rubber bands within the time limit? A challenging team-building game where creativity, insight, and above all, teamwork are essential.

Island Council:
After these challenges, we finish with the final challenge. During the Island Council, teams are put to the test with an ultimate race. Points from previous challenges give you a time advantage for this one. At each part, teams are eliminated until the final round: the puzzle. The team that solves the puzzle first wins the final challenge. Fame and glory. This team can call themselves the Zeeland Robinson Crusoe!

Possible extensions to this program:
The Magic Raft:
Can your team manage to get at least three members dry to the island within the set time? A hilarious “wet” adventure with a Sup, where you will be tested to the limit. An actual island on the lake provides even more fun with this extension. Of course, this is subject to consultation and weather conditions.

Fire Challenge:
The fire challenge is an absolute must. Using magnesium sticks, you’ll try to start a fire in the wok.
