Fun Curling Amsterdam

An ideal winter event! Our fun curling competition pits teams against each other on the ice with real curling stones. In a thrilling team on team competition it comes down to steady hands, a fast broom and tactical placement of your curling stones. The essential ingredients, entertainment and teamwork! Experience this fun event in the heart of Amsterdam on the Museumplein!

The Curling Competition

After a brief introduction to the sport of curling by one of our instructors, we can get started. Each team is divided into Sweepers, Curlers, and of course a Team Captain. By rotating the positions during the competition everyone has the chance to curl. Which team has the best curling skills? There are prizes to be won for the best team and words of encouragement for those that came close.

This event can be done in combination with a Fun Finale program, the last 10 minutes of your event.. Games for this program can be one of chosen games below:

Human Ice Bowling

Bowling is an age old sport. The object is to knock over as many pins as you can using a bowling ball. Instead of a bowling ball, we use a team member on a sled to knock over the pins (helmet included). With a good push from your team, they will try to knock over as many pins as they can. Which team will go for the strike?!

Tube Curling

Much like the human ice bowling but this time using a rubber innertube as a curling stone. Which team can score the most points? Knocking the other team's curling innertube aside is allowed! Who will take home the victory?

Aprês Ski Party

For larger groups we can organize the aprês ski party complete with music, aprês ski quiz, and party! Please enquire with us for more details.
